Yesterday, gone out, brought my camera without its memory card.
Today, made sure memory card is inside the camera, BUT I FORGOT TO BRING MY CAMERA OUT!


ARGH #$%$@

Wanted to take loads of picture with my birthday friend, but oh wells, ran around the whole city for an hour and a half JUST FOR A CAKE, ended up looking sweaty and stressed.

But still, I wanted to take pictures! No one brought their camera except my boss.

Anything snapped with boss' camera = will never get the pictures ever !  =(

These two blocks of cakes are actually AUD2 testers. I was given the responsibility (and pressure) to choose the cake that majority of 15 people will like. So I bought testers to try them before making the decision :(  Bought the one on the right.

All my colleagues (& 1 cousin) and two ignored customers behind. ahahaha.

KFC Australia.

Okay, running out of happy stuff to post. So I'm just going to talk about food. I don't want my life to sound so depressing when I read back my old blog posts! 

Had KFC for lunch today ! Fattening....

Something in Australia that KFC Malaysia doesn't have ! 

SWEET POTATO FRENCH FRIES!

It sounds tastier...than it actually is..

Its like soggy sweet potato inside, and the crunchy bits outside .. sprinkled with salt ??? :S I would prefer it without salt !!! Its like sweet inside..salty outside. weird combination.

 And also had a cute snack box :

The box is actually really tiny!  I have large hands!

But KFC Popcorn Australia beats KFC Popcorn Malaysia anytime!

I hardly eat fast food (had to eat bitesize food cause I was in the train,less mess)....but the last time I had KFC Popcorn in Malaysia...it's like batter and chicken powder inside.

Hardly any meat!!

 But KFC Popcorn Australia is like tiny size nuggets! Juicy bite size meat!

Only thing lacking in KFC Australia...

That's right,

KFC CHEEZY WEDGES AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

When Cheezy Wedges was first introduced by KFC Malaysia, I remembered a time whereby I was still with my first bf, whilst waiting for him at Midvalley Megamall, I ordered two box to eat by myself. MUAHHAHAH. Then he came to find me, I was sooooo embarrassed that I ate THAT MUCH...first love what..had to take care/jaga my image so that I don't chase him away... I quickly threw away the first empty box! 

He saw only 1 empty box of Cheesy Wedges and commented that I ate so much..imagine if he saw TWO. HAHA. Until now, he doesn't know ~~ ^^

As usual, worked today. Got kinda turned off by an incident. 

There was this customer... he was rather good looking. So I paid extra attention to his needs. As usual, I noticed that he went to the toilet, and came out. I went in to the toilet (we only have 1 unisex toilet...not that desperate to follow people into the gents!) , right after him to check the toilet to make sure our toilet was clean when he used it.

FML!!!

HE DIDN'T FLUSH HIS PEE!!!! 

Oh, the gory!

After that, each time I look at him, I just wrinkle my nose in disgust :( You shouldn't have..!

Heart shape ice cream

Immediately after camp, came back and have dinner with friends at Meshiya ! 

Seriously, the most commonly available nice cheap food in Melbourne are the Japanese food. Malaysia's Japanese food chains and food are all improving, but its really pricey.

I remember my brother brought me to The Gardens and we went to this newly open Japanese restaurant(click to read the old blog post)...two of us, totaled up to about RM70+? if I am not wrong. I remembered it was expensive!

So here you go, what we had :

After that went to Freddo's. Ate ice cream. Played with ice cream...

Eddie 'carved' the ice cream into a heartshape for me :o) How sweet of him..although we argued after that at home. Totally spoiled the night.

Not many photos of me cause first day of camp, a pimple full of pus grew right above my lips (of all places) . I hardly ever have pimples ...number of pimples I have in a year can be counted with 1 hand, and of all days, it chose the first day of Camp to come out. Bravo, pimple! Bravo!

Kids all look at me one kind, and I popped it when I came back from camp. So pimple looked HORRIBLE and obvious that night.. hence did not camwhore.

So then today (two days after pimple popped), decided to camwhore before work, cause I had time to. Work shift starts at 6pm, so slept until happy till noon, wake up still got time to get ready and camwhore.

1 sentence : I hate working the same shifts as my cousin ! 

She will never step foot outside to the real world without make up, and worse thing is that she look HORRIBLY good with make up. If I don't put make up, I'll look like beast. We both will look like heaven and hell. Black and white. North South. Left Right...etc 

So I am always forced to put on make up whenever we work same shifts!

Actually I didn't put much make up la. Just "natural" looking fake lash, and some eyeliner.

F eyebags, still not healing T_T . I've been sleeping earlier , like about 4+am, instead of 6am T_T

University Camp = Alcohol and Sex Camp.

Yes, that is what overseas universities (not the ones in Malaysia) camp are all about.

In Malaysia, camps are all either jungle trekking, outward bound, Buddhist/Christian camps...all pretty decent and pure kinda camps with alcohol and sex being illegal. Guys and girls in Malaysia can never stay in the same room, unless they're married.

It's an entirely different story in Australia. Not to say they don't have sex-after-marriage kinda camp, but the more popular camps are DEFINITELY the sex-before-marriage + loadsa-alcohol camps.

The university camp that I went to, was for the First Years at university (Gosh I've never felt so old).....and it is very popular for alcohol and sex. In fact, it actually promotes SEX and ONS (one night stand)!

The first day when we arrived, the people in charge of the camp site was directing us to the guys and girls room, but everyone laughed and said in unison "WE ARE NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL ANYMORE".

Wah if we say that in National Service, we'll be sent to what, some agama/religion school for some squeaky clean brain wash.

Back to the story:

Committees of the camp even openly announced that whoever who needs condoms, can get it from them. A lot of the games are related to sex !  Actually, I didn't really know about it being all that, until my friends from Melbourne University started sms-ing me, warning me to be very careful, because the camp is all about getting piss drunk and SEX. But it was too late. Already told my boss that I'll be going.

❤1 On the way, already like so freaky. Going to a jungle like that . I actually looked scared the whole time (according to people at the camp).

❤3 Reach already, the first thing that caught our attention was ....BABI/PIG ! 

❤4 My room. Funny, how my room , throughout the camp was called the "Pure Room", whereas the room opposite mine is called the "Sex Room". My room initially had 8 people, after the first night, people keep crashing into my room ...cause their rooms all got "dirty".  

❤5The double decker beds are extremely small and short ! I can't even sit straight on the bed :

❤6Throughout the whole camp,  didn't have many pictures. Took this picture with my blackberry, one of the drinking games. Dam pressure weh, so many people watching. I took part in this game too ! :

❤7 Copied this picture off Facebook ...one of the sex game. Missionary style, guy carry girl like that, walk across the room :

Other games include sex position (where a team consisting about 11 people form different kinds of sex position, which includes making out with random people and judges! and I also saw some random girl's boobies -_- she wanted to take her clothes off, but her bra came off with her top.), strip your clothes or pants and pass it to the last team member in the line to wear all 10 clothes, so everyone infront is like half naked, a lot lah! Can't remember. Was smashed the first night. 

❤8 Forgot whatever that happened during second day there, but at night, things got wild ! Argh. I left immediately cause I was sober and I don't want to reveal any skin. It was just music being played but people are dancing with just bra and panties. I feel super overdressed with my tube dress and tights ! wtf. See arrows in red ..later that night was even worse I heard, absolutely everyone on the dance floor was in their undergarments only. 

❤9 3rd day, time to go home. Mark my territory first ! It was my initial and Aa (Australiasian Association) Camp 2011:

❤11 I actually look forward to going back home! The weather was pretty good, and pictures turned out better than the first few gloomy pictures !

After months of not clubbing.

I finally did on Friday! 

I just realised how much I've been missing out ! :( But my gosh , it was really expensive. Blew my AUD20 budget.

I knowwwwwwwww, its funny how when I club with other guys, it's FOC, but when I club with my own boyfriend, I have to pay myself T.T Actually he subsidized at least half - 3/4 la, but still...might as well club with other people right !

Funny thing , when I was high, no guys look hot to me. Pictures also, simply take only. Then when I view the photos in my camera. I was like "ehhhh this guy damn handsome weh, why he didn't seem like it in the dark! "

F guys' L ! hahaha. All girls look hot in the dark, with thick make up, especially when guys are high. Whereas its the opposite for me, and maybe other girls , too? Don't know man!

❤7 So I worked today, and YESH, TOOK PICTURE WITH A CELEBRITY ! If you watch MASTERCHEF AUSTRALIA, you'll know who is he (Luke Nguyen) :

I am super star struck. 

He is VERY humble and VERY nice! He was willing to pose a couple of times with our shop's ice cream for ME to upload onto Facebook! That's free advertising! HAHA. He is my boss' friend actually, and I  look kinda awkward/geeky-smile over there cause I was suppose to be working, but instead, I slacked around taking photoS with him (I have more than 1 picture with him, but it won't be special anymore if I post a few!). 

But guess who's the person behind the camera? MY BOSS !!!

After sometime it will go flat. humph!

How to make fluffy hair permanently fluffy ?!

I miss home. Home = families (including relatives) , FOOD and etc.

Everything is just better at home ! I shall give up eating dimsum in Australia. Or maybe just Melbourne, cause I had pretty good ones in Sydney. Families...cause I missed my cousin's wedding. Life sarks.

I know I shouldn't complain, cause I chose this route, but ah wells, endure it all now whilst I am young, and enjoy life when I am older.

Back to giving-up-eating-dimsum in Melbourne.

Today, got woken up horribly at 9+am to go to this place that's ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED for dimsum. I had only what, 4hours of sleep and worked till almost 2am the night before.

Should've read the signs.

1. Period came the night before, like just yesterday! Work + period = lifeless. Like literally.
2. It was raining = good weather to sleep in.
3. Place is half an hour away, bookings is at 11am, I have work related meeting at 1pm.

Wow, rushed like mad, both my eyes have officially have double layer eyebags. It's not there when I am well rested, not very obvious when I am extremely exhausted... but very obvious in pictures. FTS.

I looked kinda pissed the whole morning actually, absolutely NO ONE talked to me. Friends all just look at us, talk to Eddie. :'(  So I BBM-ed with a friend :'( I am a texter, not a talker.

Well, frankly...if you compare this place to other chinese restaurants in Melbourne, the food here is good, but still...can't beat any random street stalls in Jalan Ipoh,KL Malaysia!!!

❤7Then friend ordered something funny ....the cheung fan with yao char kuai/fried chinese donuts and vegetables inside ! wtf.

It's something different, but.... no taste ! :( We usually eat fried chinese donuts with tasty porridge, or on its own, cause its oily and crispy. Once it's wrapped up like that, it's just soggy and oily. -_-.

Also veggies without oyster sauce is quite tasteless already.. coated with another transparent sheet of tasteless cheung fan...wah, f my tongue/tastebuds. Tasting nothing.

This is what I call empty calories. Not potato chips.

❤8Then I ordered durian puffs. hehe. I have a weakness for durian. Anything durian-ny, I sure order one !

Also, almost everything have prawn inside. Sigh. I mean for Har Gao (prawn wraped in dumpling skin) ...of course you can have prawns inside. But SIU MAI (some porky dimsum dish)?!?!?!?! Why Siu Mai have prawn inside one, like since when? The ones in Malaysia is just pure pork...

Prawn and pork is just the weirdest combination ever. If you don't eat pork, just imagine prawn and beef. But then again I don't eat beef. Prawn and chicken lah. Damn weird!! Bad weird.


Ok, the end for the restaurant.

Was still grumphy but not so much anymore..

Then attended a meeting 5 hours long (and free lunch), like immediately after my dimsum. Ate two slices of pizza after dimsum #dietphail. 

❤10And when my face is like fully warmed up and slightly flexible...still very tired (right before my 5hours of nap) :

 Oh, just noticed I got a dimple on my..CHIN?!

❤11After that, write minutes of meeting with a saggy expressionless face, decided to camwhore again :

with my iPad.

hahaha. Thank you , boss! Okay fine, it's for work, but hehehehe, I can use it to my heart's content =]

Anyway, something to say about looks. I think girls look different all the time as I've shown up there! Bad puffy face day, exhausted tired face, or stayed too long outside until our make up smudges/lost its magic... we'll just look horrible.

But when we just finish bathing fresh face and all, or fresh make up, or just groomed ourselves, or well rested...we look superb!

Whereas for guys, most of the times, you all just look the same. So to all good looking guys..I think you all are GOD-SENT! Unless you all put like nude make up, I don't know.
