Nightmares..

I hate sleeping sometimes..

9 out of 10 dreams I have are usually nightmares.

And they are not those ghost-appear-in-your-dreams kinda nightmares.

Mine are me DYING nightmares.

I just woke up from one and I am angry. Why am I getting so many nightmares?! ALL THE TIME. In fact I don't remember ANY happy dream at all. It's either I get nightmares or don't dream. I think I can write a horror book from all these.

I dreamt that I was in a holiday villa right next to the sea. We went to top floor to attend like an event. People at the parties are like enjoying the beautiful view and

*BAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM*

Suddenly everyone was screaming.

I look over and a HUGE HUGE TSUNAMI is approaching the whole town, especially the tall villa I was in.

I found this picture on the internet. It was 80% similar to my dream.

I am like say, in the building that I've circled in red.

I knew that I can't get out of the building and run anymore. So the only way is to run upwards.

It was seriously like the book/movie POSEIDON, just that POSEIDON is a ship, and I was in a building.

Many people in my dream stunned. The tsunami already broke all the windows, and flooded everywhere. Saw people in my dream (not anyone I know real life) died from the pressure of the tsunami water that came in, pushed them, and the people either got hit against the walls, furnitures or got out through the other side of the window and died by drowning.

It was gruesome. I was lucky I was at this flight of swirling stairs that protected anything from hitting me and some of my friends. If I stayed , I will drown soon as the water level's rising, and the tsunami is still not done going over the villa I was in.

It was then I had to get down from the swirling stairs, swim in the tsunami water that flooded the area, and walk through a hall way 1 floor down, to get to this flight of stairs that my friends remembered.. to go upwards! Away from the water as long as possible...

if you watched Titanic, its like the scene where Rose found the axe and had to swim over to where Jack was handcuffed.

The water was ceiling high. But I have to do it cause if I don't, I would be 100% dead.

Managed to find the flight of stairs, ran up with my friends...and the floor upstairs is the Villa's restaurant. Saw an old couple that went on eating (restaurant has romantic atmosphere, and they look like they are on a date, both dressed up nicely), and didn't bother to run.

I kept telling myself to survive, because I know my mom will be devastated if I died..and would go hysterical? So I kept praying in my heart, hoping for a miracle.

Soon the higher water level tsunami is hitting the restaurant ... saw the old man from the old couple died. He was right next to the window, and as soon as the water all crash down on him...he already stop moving. His wife no where in sight.

The building, as I ran up, was already shaking from the tsunami...but can see that the water level is going down.

That's the end of it!!!

You think?

As I look out of the window, a bigger tsunami than the first one is next.

AND I WOKE UP!!
Probably died already in dream land, thats why I woke up.

But I am glad I didn't dream of me drowning, cause I would seriously not breathe.

Once in a awhile I would dream that I am at the bottom of the sea, trying to swim to the surface, to breathe...and throughout the time sleeping, I was moving my legs and not breathe.

Why do I have such dreams?

I dreamt before so many versions of how I died. Example :
gunned down,
stabbed ,
mountain hiking (and even attended my own funeral in that dream),
drowning (MANY MANY TIMES),
end of the world,
attacked by some evil magician that used his magic on me,
raped and murdered
killed by the stupid clown from some horror movie.

I got out of body experience once or twice when I was young (about 8 -10 years old).
I only remembered one of the "out of body experience", and had phobia sleeping for 3-5 days. My mom had to be there for me ,and talked me into sleeping.

Series of event during the out-of-body:

1) I felt all floaty, not exactly light...its like you're walking inside the swimming pool
2) walk to my clock across the living room to see the time (that time 8-10 years old, no watch yet)
3) u-turned to go back to the sofa I slept on previously, and was shocked to see my ownself sleeping on the sofa!!
4) pinched myself real hard , and felt nothing...its like you go to dentist and your cheeks , after the injection, just feel like this piece of flesh on your face.

For a few years, I remembered this incident without knowing it's out of body, until I read the Malay Mail one day, and they talked about this.

Okay, that's all.
