hmmm, if you got fish fillets thats about to rot, bake them! Last Friday, I went to Queen Victoria Market and bought loads of fresh food, but didn't have the chance to cook them, that's why I said something about cooking my almost rotting pork and spring onions in my porridge.

Same goes to my 3 pieces of Basa Fish. Was desperately wanting to cook them and I did!

Here's how, to really simple easy AND VERY TASTY bake fish.

1)Chop garlic into really fine pieces, but beforehand,
Massage both the fish with salt and pepper, depending on how much salt you want to put. I put about like 1/2 tablespoon on each fillet and a total of 1 teaspoon of pepper on both fish.
2) Melt some butter in the oven like the picture on top, the bowl on the right, pour it all over the fish, top side and bottom side, just so the fish does not stick to the aluminium foil.

3) throw in all the garlic, press in with a teaspoon and spread it all over the top side of the fish only, so that the garlic juice and smell will go into the fish and sprinkle some black pepper all over, and a thin layer of salt all over again.

4) Squeeze half a lemon into the fish!

5) Bake about 15-20minutes at 200 celcius.
yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. come out juicy and zesty, thanks to the lemon and salt and the aroma plus crisp of the garlic.

Notice why the marinaded fish is only 1 piece? cause I forgot to take the picture of those 2 slice of fish marinaded, and Eddie wanted more fish, and thus, I made a third one, and took the picture! :)

Best thing is, you can throw anything you like into the fish and bake it! as long as there's abit oil on the bottom layer, incase the fish will stick, and on top, you can put in cheese or ginger and soy sauce...anything! Don't have to follow my unhealthy style.
