had dinner on FRIDAY in some really frustrating place. My food was late cause the one I ordered finished and they never bother to tell me until I asked.So I chose another dish, took normal time to came and it taste HORRIBLE! After that watched MADE OF HONOUR. It's a movie full of romance but the storyline is quite slow and draggy with no good looking actors and actress in it. Overall it's ok only, with a score of 5/10 for me.

On Saturday (3/5/08) was CRAZY!!!! Went to GRAB DENIM Warehouse Sale - FILL A BAG with clothes, skirts, dresses, tops, jeans...etc FOR $50!!! unfortunately it's only for female.

BUT this is when all the girl's (including guys - my bf, he followed) 's true "kiasu-ness" comes out. hahaha.

The concept is like this, just when you enter the shop, they give you a plastic bag. No matter how much you fill, as long as it fits into the bag, it's considered as 1 bag, and 1 bag = $50! So the more clothings you stuff inside the bag, the more worthy your money.

Well I tried COUNTLESS pieces of clothings. To be frank, most of the clothings aren't that nice. Jeans also not that fitting, so I just go for more tops and shorts. Then my bf keep cheering his other 2 friends to keep stuffing more clothings into the bag whereas he kept stuffing all the clothings that can fit me into THE BAG.


TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...! SUPER FAT BAG. Among his friends and I, mine is the fullest. My bag is stretched out in certain corners cause all the clothings are cramped real tight inside.

- 9 tops (including 2 for my mom, 1 for Eddie's mom)
- 5 shorts
- 1 skirt
- 1 long pants
- 2 dresses

You think I'm soooo "kiasu", but my bf's friend saw this MAN and he was hiding in a corner, wearing those FEMALE CLOTHINGS WITH PRICETAGS STILL ATTACHED ..wear few layers of them and close everything up by wearing his big jacket. It's STEALING!! then their bag also, keep stomping and squashing in more clothes, and their bags looks like its on the verge of breaking apart....and THEY'RE ASIANS! aihsssssss, all the white people, their bag looks like as if there's only max of 5 pieces of clothings inside and they never bother to stuff more clothings inside.

Then we were discussing why they never have these kind of sales in Malaysia. Looking at all our "kiasu-ness" attitude, the whole sale will most probably last A DAY, with cases of people being injured, having arguments, provoking cat fights ...etc etc & appear in the headlines next day.

Then the clock strikes 8, notice the elves and birdies below the clock? they only come out every hour!


went to The Lounge @ Swanston St near the famous Mekong PHO restaurant....don't go there (The Lounge) unless you're rich and can afford a few dishes cause its FINE DINING.

This lamb dish cost $20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the portion is as 'big' as a girl's fist . below like 5-8 pieces of Char-Siew (the pork in black salty sauce in some chicken rice place) size of lamb cutlets got one whole chunk of CHEAP POTATO and it's the potatoes that makes you full. So damn expensive.
Then this dish, they called it "soup of yesterday" sucks also! Tony Roma's potato soup is better..and RICHER plus cheaper!!

Going to be my first and last time going into that shop.

Then again we're going to watch movie...IRON MAN!

my bf's favourite icecream. So cute right the packaging. A normal icecream cone in a plastic bag. Taste like McDonald's Choco top back home in Malaysia.

Iron Man is wayyyyyyyyyyy better and more interesting than the Made of Honour movie. I like fantasy, super- heroes kind of movie. ^^

Sunday woke up, did nothing except shopped for nail polish and buy some snacks , skip breakfast and lunch, went for dinner.
