Is it true?

Have you been trying very hard to be nice your whole life, been working extremely hard but, ended up getting disliked by everyone? Does this describe you?

I was told that I was being too nice.  Work is 100%, and I give 101%. That is why workplace drama follows me wherever.

TRUE FACT - When I work, I am very committed, cause I am paid, and I want to ensure that I am worth every penny/cents.

But I corrected him.

I said "No,  nice people genuinely help people with a real smile. I help people with fake smile and complain like hell after that."

But he told me that is being nice, cause in the end I did do them a favour !

I'll quote him :

 wrong
 that is being nice
it doesnt matter whether u r sincere or otherwise
 its still being too nice
 just that
 btwn the lousier two
 urs is the lousiest

So it's lousy to be nice now ?!

HELP and RESPONSIBILITY are distinct
 ur problem is
 u consider both as complements
 of each other
Michelle - ~~ job opp   says:
 yeahhhh
 when i  help people
i feel responsible to keep my word

Wow, THAT CONVO came as a shocker. I really treat both HELP and RESPONSIBILITY as complements. Each time I help, I feel that I am bound to helping a person, FOREVER, which equals to responsibility for the person's wellbeing.

OOOOoo gotta tell myself that everyday.

A lot of words nowadays, because I am in this stage of life whereby I have to make crucial decision and seek whatever that will benefit me the most !

1)Either to go back Malaysia and work for Pavilion Managements.
2)Stay on with Passionflower, and grow as a Social Face from there.
3)Fly to Canberra and earn+ save, dead end job but GOOD money.
4) Go on a journey with my dad and his friends to look for a franchise to buy into Malaysia.
5) cause 4 is a bad number.

TBH, I don't mind helping and I am always genuinely happy whilst helping FOR THE FIRST FEW TIMES until I feel used.

Why does one help lead to another help? One favour turned into obligation for life?
