Someone just pissed me off and I am a horrid person as of now, writing this post. So excuse me if I sound like a totally different person all together.
First things first. Theres a braggart in my work place. Boasts like F, thinks he's the best amongst his own colleagues. Bitch about how people are incompetent, and worse, he underestimates people. CONCLUSION, HE THINKS HES THE BEST...... HELL NO!
Heres the thing. My boss wants to promote me (only if I am staying to work there and not going back Malaysia for good).
And he on the other hand, tells me indirectly not to go for it cause "I am HIGHLY AGAINST getting another shift leader. ME, xxx , xxx and xxx does everything already. Others are shift leaders only by name". (So he's saying he's one of the best out there that does a lot of stuff for my shop)
LOOK. There are a few reasons why a boss would want new shift leaders.
1) Current shift leaders suck balls.
2) She has plans of opening another branch (she told me) and want the current shift leaders to train future shift leaders
3) She just likes us (the chosen ones) and would want to pay us more!
WorsT ever was that, he was my friend first before we worked together !! ZZzzz How un-supportive IS THAT !?
SIGH.
Work today is not bad. Loads of drama today i.e. someone dine and dashed , someone tried stealing my shop's chair (saying that he needed a chair for his living room, fml) , AND I HAD TO CLEAN SOMEONE'S PERIOD STAINS OFF THE CHAIR. FML X INFINITY
GEEZ. WEAR YOUR PAD PROPERLY, ITS DISGUSTING!
I MEAN I AM SURE YOU CAN FEEL "IT LEAKING" WHEN YOU SIT!!!
Like say each time I feel something down there, I'll jump on my feet and go to the nearest toilet to check my down there out. There's a toilet in my shop , you know. Sheesh.
After a dramatic day at work....come back ask for opinions but clearly, I asked the wrong person- aka the braggart. Phuck sian.
