Heartshape rice heheeee~

Hate being greedy. You know those days where you just feel like pigging out ? I am like that now. Haihz.

I ordered :

Ume Bento : Grilled Fish, Tempura and Teriyaki Chicken

and

EGGPLANT!! Loveeeeeeeeeeeeee eggplants. They're so creamy and melt in your mouth when cooked to perfection. I finish them all by myself lor.

Haihz, Seriously, pity my parents. I 've been ordering and buying stuff on impulse:

Can barely finish it. Barely touch my Teriyaki Chicken (not nice anyway!), then toy with the rice lo. hehe.

Just blogging these pictures cause I really like them!! And it's been a while since I blogged bout food.

Anyway I wanted to write a post about how thankful I am to the invention of Facebook.
My family tree has always been very problematic and big.

My great grandmother had 2 husbands, my grandfather has 2 wives.
My grandfather and a few of his siblings have different surnames, my dad's generation all fight a lot I guess.

It kinda affected us, the later generation, in some ways. My dad's generation have the hardest hit when my grandfather decided to get a second wife, so my dad and some of his siblings, and my second grandmother does not get along well.

Indirectly, it becomes awkward for me to mix with my other cousins even though it has nothing to do with us, and so we all got out of touch. Its like I see them once a year, never talk much, can't see how they grow (I am one of the few older cousins).

Then all of a sudden my cousin from my second grandmother (I am from the first grandmother) added me on Facebook few weeks ago, and that was how I got linked to my aunties and other cousins (their baby)...and from then I see their pictures and get to know their updates, and also their name.

I was amazed seeing how they grow.

From them, I got linked to my grandfather's second wife's family, and they are close to my grandfather's siblings' children, that's how I got in touch with everyone again! Confusing right!! (I even lost count of how many cousins I have...TOO MANY)

Also, since my late grandmother's passing last December..my Penang cousins whom I never spoke much to before for 20 years, and I , share more stuffs than ever! Thanks to Facebook (and MSN)! To be honest, I never knew what their name was, until this year...

Worse is that, my brother and I finally "communicate" loads recently, thanks to Facebook!! Last time when he study in Australia for 6 years, we just lose contact. Talk only when he goes back Malaysia during summer holidays.

Oh wells, I treasure family bonds a lot. As long as we're connected by blood, I am concerned. Definitely happy that I got to see pictures of my baby cousin (now can walk already!) growing up in the UK through pictures on FB. :) Happieeeeeeeee ~ !!
