While talking to my cousin about universities today with her,was advising her to PLEASE GO TO THE BEST ONE she can get. Just worried she might regret like me.

What happened a year ago..

I've always wanted to go University of Queensland. Don't know why. Never thought I'd get the offer to do my degree, until I accepted my offer to Deakin University, paying the fees and also bought my ticket to Melbourne.


Until I received their offer in January 2008, which was already quite late.


IDP didn't even notify me of the offer, until I asked about it, and they said , " oh yeah, you've got an offer from them, but I thought you are already going to Deakin?"

Super irresponsible, the IDP near Taylors at Subang.

And now I'm down with regrets. I should have paid off the extra charges if I were to withdraw from both Melbourne and Deakin and go to University of Queensland.

But sigh, that time was quite a tough choice. Had to think about withdrawal, paying more fees for the next 3 yrs, higher standard of living as opposed to Geelong, and also being apart from Eddie. That time we just got together, you know the extremely-strong-felt-emotions-during-the-honeymoon-period-of-a-new-relationships, its kinda hard to let go.

Guess I did it again, letting my emotions took the best of me.

I'll make my parents proud with Masters, hopefully. And of course, making their life easier and happier, if I ever manage to earn big bucks, eventhough I studied in a cheaper , lower cost university.
