ah, nothing to update about my Penang trip, every year same ol' boring new year. Collected loads of angpows but this year is the first time the amount collected in Penang is less than my KL side.

Parents been arguing the whole time, be it on the way to Penang, in Penang, come back from Penang....until now they're not in talking terms!

Anyway, today Eddie just came back from Laos. Funny, he came into my room 2 weeks ago, I showed him the collection of my gifts, especially soft toys.. from well... ex-es, guys who tried to woo me, friends.. and I have 2 big box of soft toys which I put away cause my bed has no place for them. And to my amazement, I never bought any soft toys before =/ but yet have plenty! lols, ok stop boasting =|

as so to feel he's on par with them, or better... he bought me a soft toy as souvenier! lol.


tadaa...! see, on top of my lovely cookbooks somemore! I'm a cook book/blingbling kinda person though, was never really into soft toys unless they're really soft and can replace a fluffy pillow =/ not about the cuteness... puhleezzz! some soft toy hard like rock one (actually like this one eddie gave me) but its the thought that counts that is most importnat.

anyway, and he told me "Don't tell people I didn't buy you any soft toy then! this one is special one somemore, HAND MADE one, unlike others.."

haha. funny, never expect him to get me any soft toy, just expecting him to finish his handmade card he did for me HALF WAY! grrr... promised me to get it done before he go Laos, now he's back, and the card isn't even anywhere near done!
