well, had a little private party FOR 10 at Eddie's place, Verve 483, on the 22nd of August, FRIDAY, to celebrate Kimberly's birthday!


Had potluck, everyone brings something, well, I was out with Eddie the whole busy long day, that all we contributed was potatochips and drinks which was left quite untouched at the end of the day. Only drinks we drank, but not finished. Chips 100% untouched.

Hey, I went out the whole day, rushed from libraries, to hardware shops, to book shop, to second hand book shops, to supermarkets, to stationeries shop, and bakeries all to do stuffs.. plus Nando's to help Eddie's brother to buy peri-peri chips. Reached home, I straightaway helped out with the girls in the kitchen. Conclusion, it isn't one of my best days, noticed I wore my glasses?! but STILL, shining ever so brightly :p

cooked supposedly Fritata in muffin pan, and peri-peri chips from Nandos. The batter with a wooden spoon in the middle is, believe me, Mashed Potatoes!

main dish, erm forgot what it's called, all sound so italianesse... but i know what's inside! - A layer of basa fish on the base, one layer of that mashed potatoes, erh, some mixes of herbs on the third layer ,i think, and then topped with a layer of something which I remembered in the morning, but not now, and finished with a layer of grated parmesan cheese on top! I'm brilliant :D

August is the month where I go broke. I've got friends or blood related people having their birthday on the 3rd, 4th (another friend who's the same birthday as me), 10th, 12th, 16, 21st, 24th (HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY, WINNIE!), 28th..and if I'm still in touch with some people, I remembered their birthday, and its on the August, but anyway, long story, best not to mention. But I foresee...September isn't any different. :(

but it's endless partying, choosing and buying presents, until my work is left alone. sighsss.

















































The Unforgettable...
Realised I didn't blog about my birthday, but to conclude it, it was disappointing at the beginning, but towards the end of the week, I've got great surprises. And on that day, came this really beautiful, superbly obvious rainbow.
