lol, hi, long time since i update again!!!!!I was'nt feeling at all well - physically and emotionally. My super flu bacteria just died today, thats why I'm free of flu and blocked nose FINALLY and I've been PMS-ing alot lately.

These are some of the crazzzzzy photos of food I invented.

eggs + cheese + mayo + butter + black pepper

and then oven bake! (+ look at my perfectly boiled eggs, the egg yolk was still bright orange)

well, what my testers say about it?

IT'S VERY VERY VERY VERY RICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahahaha considering all the cheese, butter and mayo, woah!

another rojak foodie :
garlic bread with cheese. not really good combination. It made the garlic taste not that strong.

Anyway, alot of wierd AND GOOD food I made BUT MY HANDPHONE'S MEMORY IS FULL, didn't manage to take pictures of them, sigh. Especially what I cooked yesterday for dinner. Pork with honey soy and garlic sauce, brinjal with mince chicken and stir fried pak choy (cook to perfection, juicy and not too salty). The brinjal is really good according to all my testers too, the taste beats the minced chicken which have been marinated for 1 day with sugar and soy sauce!

Another was like my fried noodles with egg, mince chicken and cabbage. It was really tasty and my tester (Russell) said it was GOOD! of course! the mince chicken is like tender juicy meat from the drumstick (drumstick is cheap here and chicken breast is DAMNN expensive thats why I didn't buy the chicken breast) and I had to slowly pull them out and mince them MINUS THEIR VEINS. It was pure hard work with determination. Since I didn't want to just throw the chicken bones, so I cooked the chicken bones with the noodles and then took it out (when the blood started oozing out from the bones....! ewww) thats why the noodles is really flavorful.

some random photo I took cause..
this care fascinates me! compare to the length of the normal car infront, damn long right? All these while I've seen long cars before but on the television, now I finally see it on the road after almost 21 years.

oh yeah, somethingssssss to make your mouth drool about.

They sell pastries too and some nice cookies lookalike stuffs :

click to maximize & READ THE SECOND TAG ABOVE.

If you still can't read it, it's "mother-in-law's tongue". HAHAHAHA damn funny when I first saw it. The shape of the cookie is like a tongue but sharper. Are they indicating that in general, mother-in-laws simply adores nagging the daughter/son - in-law? SCARY!

anyway I'm back in Geelong. Eating 200g of smith's potato chips.
Look at the date. 8/5/08 and compare it to today's date. Expired? yup, in print, but the potato chips are still edible though it taste abit wierd.
