MALACCA.

WELL, since I'm the first person who came back from Malacca, I SHALL BLOG!

FIRSTLY, want to blog about Friday's girls day out, but NOT TOO MUCH! cause my two gal friends blog allll about it already. Here are some of the pictures (or just one picture) took from my handphone, which is not in their blog.

Well, I was late , supposingly had to meet up at 12pm, but my dear, Eddie, HAIH, we both want to get birthday present for EUGENE before MALAKA, but ended up he go buy his jacket. awwww. After that, brought him to meet the girls, before I send him home. He got SHOOED away, he's only invited if he wears a skirt. LOL.

Went to try on clothes, well, I've got not much spirit to shop nowadays. WALLETS all dried up.

AMANDA, KIM and ME plus abit of WINNIE. Everyone tried quite alot of shoes, except ME, and no one bought the shoes tried, except PANDA.

OKAY, NEXT is THE MALAKA TRIP. WELL, early morning, woke up at ,supposingly 5.30am, but my EDDIE lar, didn't wake me up. I snoozed till 5.42am. Bathed, and zoomed right out to fetch him, cause want to have DIMSUM at Jalan Ipoh. Late already, Bus is at 9am. Then fetched him, then Panda joined us for dimsum, too.

Reached MALAKA about like 11+ am, was super hungry. EU GENE AKA PANDA'S BOY, brought us to eat CHICKEN RICE BALL! YUMMAY. Although it taste exactly like chicken rice, but nevermindlar, the shape unique. each plate have 5 balls. I ate 3 only, 1 rolled on the table, another rolled to EDDIE'S plate. hehe.

After the yummy lunch, it was a super HOT day, Panda's boy brought us to eat DURIAN CENDOL. yumYUMyumYUMyum!

Eddie dear and I shared a bowl. We got potential to get diabetes man, we poured LOADS and LOADS of GULA MALAKA. After that went to MALAKA/MAKHOTA RAYA (forgot the name) to shop, and drank loads of sugary COLD stuffs again! Malaka is a super hot place, good place to get some tan.

Around 5plus pm, Winnie reach MALAKA with her boy, LYON. Finally, the circle of friends / couples going is complete! 3 couples :) Sweet LYON, flew all the way from MIRI, SABAH, EAST MALAYSIA, without telling his mom, to come to MALAKA. Had really good seafood dinner at a restaurant.

During dinner, LYON's mom called him asking him if he's going back home for dinner. Lyon said he's at MALAKA, his mom asked "Malaka? new restaurant?". He said "NO, Melaka.... PENINSULA MALAYSIA" . his mom "I HATE YOU" LYON "I LOVE YOU" ...LOL.

At night, went to JONKER'S WALK. Something like really nice pasar malam or Chinatown. LOVE THE PLACE. SO LIVELY. But Eddie and I decided to go somewhere for some quiet time... At night, it was very cool and windy.

We sat at this bench beside the river, something KL doesn't have...yeap, a RIVER. Lovely romantic feel, except for this ferry, keep going to and fro..

Well, I was late..again. Made everyone waited for me for soooo long. Supposingly meet at like 10pm to go Melaka mamak, but cause I was waiting for this keychain with my name and Eddie's, that man, super slow in his work! ended up making us bout like half an hour to 45 minutes late. Skipped mamak, cause had to go back by 11pm to throw Panda's boy a SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY!

Didn't take photos of the birthday, was busy panicking the whole time, we couldn't find the candles for the cake and cause didn't want EUGENE to realise what we're going to do. Well, in the end he said he already see it coming cause we all look fishy and cause in the end, we had no options but to blindfold him. LYON and EDDIE kept EUGENE busy, whereas the girls , PANDA, WINNIE and I prepare the cake and paper plates.

After the party, all 6 of us watched a DVD and a half before sleeping. We were all exhausted from the busy day out and slept till 10plus am the next morning, bathed and did some tango dancing -.- Winnie and Lyon taught me and Eddie.


For BRUNCH, we had CHAR SIEW FAN (pork rice)

it was OKay lar, I'm not a very pork-lover kinda person.

After that went to buy souveniers at a shop. I bought 8 packs of dodol only.

Finish buying souveniers, went to the shopping mall again. Saw really cute hamsters. Eddie and I took their picture :)

Well, heard of PORK SATAY? you can get them at MALAKA! the "tour guide" brought us to this restaurant where you can find pork satay, too.
the ketupat is YUMMY. the sauce too, again, I'm not into satay also.



Last but not least, the keychain with the "EDDIE" engravings is the verdict that made me late for the surprise party.. the keychain on the left? Eddie got it for me :) It's half of a couple keychain. I got the guy's one.

Eddie got the girl side and another keychain, from me, which spells "MICHELLE".
